Police have successfully rescued 3 tourists who were missing from Chandragiri forest.
American citizen Douglas Rowe and Indian citizens Nawapreet Dhillon and Madhav Gupta were missing from Saturday evening. They were found stuck in a slope 7 km away from Thankot. Police informed that a team of 10 police personnel was sent for search and rescue operation.
According to police, they were found stuck 100 meters down the road and had to be pulled using rescue rope. All three were brought to Thankot police circle and reconciled with their friends, Police informed. Chandragiri enjoys a dense forest which is a popular destination for hikers.
