6 people are arrested for kidnapping Chinese nationals.
They are arrested from Lainchaur of Kathmandu on Wednesday night. Police have succesfully rescued 1 Chinese who was held captive. The Chinese have claimed that Rs 800 thousand and 27 mobile sets were looted from them as well. Police have informed that the kidnappers demanded Rs 10 million to release the victim.
The deal was agreed upon Rs 5 millions later but police arrested them. Police informed that more people are involved in kidnapping and are being searched. More investigation is ongoing about the case, police added.
