9 people have died after a bus fell down 40 metres off the road in Ramechhap district. 22 more have been injured in the accident.
The bus (Ba 3 Kha 8396) travelling to Kathmandu from Ramechhap met with accident at Khadadevi Rural Municipality-1, Lubhughat at around 10 am. Police has informed that 3 critically injured are being brought to Kathmandu in helicopter. Other injured are taken to Dhulikhel hospital for treatment.
The cause of accident is yet to be identified. Police at accident spot have informed that rescue operation and further investigation is going on.
