3 women have died after lighting struck while working in the field.
Jagiyakumari(17yo), Manisha Sahani(18yo) and Sudaniyadevi Sahani(39yo) of Malahichowk, Garuda Municipality-3 died after lighting struck them on Tuesday morning. Sudanidevi and Jagiyakumari are mother and daughter. Similarly, Sahelidevi Sahani(40yo) is also injured in the incident.
They were all taken to City hospital for treatment where 3 of them succumbed to their injuries. Sahelidevi is getting treatment and is out of danger according to police. They were working in a paddy field while lighting struck.
