Robbers have stolen Rs. 1.5 million by breaking an ATM in Pokhara.
ATM of NMB bank situated at Arghau Chowk of Pokhara-27 was broken by unknown robbers on Tuesday night. After breaking the machine, robber took the money and threw the box at Bichari Chautari nearby Arghau Chowk, police informed. No arrest have been made till yet according to police.
Bank informed that 1.7 million was deposited in ATM a day ago, 200 thousands was withdrawn by depositors while remaining 1.5 million was stolen. Robbers have been targeting ATM booths lately in Pokhara. A 19 yo man was arrested 6 days ago after breaking ATM of NIC Asia bank.
