Five parties of government ruling alliance have expressed their claim for parliamentary elections.
In a meeting of top leaders of allince along with members of task force made for sharing seats in election, parties expressed their number of desired seats. As per sources, Nepali Congress has claimed 100 seats in election while Maoist Centre has claimed for 60 seats.
Similarly, CPN(Unified Socialist) has claimed 40 seats, Janata Samajwadi has claimed 32 seats and Rastriya Janamorcha jas claimed for 2 seats in parliamentary elections. The task force also presented claim for election constituencies by members of alliance.
The meeting was held at Prime Minister’s resident at Baluwatar. Further meeting is scheduled for tomorrow to come into conclusion for seats sharing. Government has announced to conduct parliamentary and national assembly election on November 20.
