Supreme Court has rejected a writ petition demanding a high-level investigation against Finance Minister Janardan Sharma.
The Supreme Court Administration rejected the writ petition by the Consumer Interest Protection Forum demanding a high-level investigation against Finance Minister Sharma for his alleged role in allowing unauthorized persons to become part of the budget-making process.
Registrar of the Supreme Court Narayan Prasad Panthi said that the writ petition was rejected as it was brought without completing the due process.
