A central committee meeting of CPN (UML) is taking place at the party headquarters in Chyasal, Lalipur at 11.00 am today.
Deputy Chief of UML Publicity and Publication Department Bishnu Rijal informed that the meeting has 11 different agendas. Presenting political report of party Chairperson KP Sharma Oli, report of local-level election investigation committee, oath taking and division of duties of central committee members, approving Secretariat meeting decisions and determining criteria for the candidate selection process for coming elections are the agendas of the meeting, said Rijal.
The central committee of the UML is taking place for the first time after the local-level election. The standing committee meeting and politburo meeting of the CPN (UML) were held on August 23 and August 25 respectively.
