A two-way traffic service has resumed on Beni-Darbang Road in Myagdi district.
The 24-km road connects the three local levels (Mangala, Malika and Dhaulagiri rural municipalities) of Myagdi to the district headquarters- Beni.
Vehicular movement along the road was stopped since August 5 after gabion wall installed to protect the bridge over Dukhu River, pillars and access road was swept away by the flood, informed Malika rural municipality-6 ward chair Patha Bahadur Roka.
Roka confirmed the resumption of traffic on the road since Friday after construction of gabion wall and protection of bridge.
