NCP Maoist Centre chairman Pushakamal Dahal Prachanda and MP Baburam Bhattrai have met at Singha Durbar today.
The two leaders have met at parliamentary party office of Maoist Centre at Singha Durbar. Sources say that the meeting is centered at creating a new coalition named Socialist centre. Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhalanath Khanal and Bamdev Gautam are also having a seperate meeting today evening on the same subject.
After unsatisfaction with leadership of Janata Samajwadi Party, Baburam Bhattarai is expected to withdraw from exisiting party. Socialist Centre could be a landing spot for Bhattarai as well as a rendezvous for Maoist Centre and Unified Socialist.
Bamdev Gautam, who formed a seperate party to bring together existing communist forces is also assumed a prime catalyst for new coalition.
