Finance minister Janardan Sharma has taken oath of office and secrecy.
Sharma took oath from President Bidhya Devi Bhandari Sunday evening at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas. He resumed his office at Singadurbar immediately after oath taking caremony.
Earlier, Minister Sharma had resigned from the post after allegations that he allowed unauthorized person’s involvement during budget formation.
A parliamentary probe committee that investigated the case dismissed the allegation citing lack of evidence.
