NEPSE Leaps After Minor Correction, Gains 57 Points

After a small correction on Friday, NEPSE continued its uptrend today with a gain of 57.65 points.

After a minor setback of points on previous trading, Sunday Nepse bounced back strongly with a healthy volume as well. 62,27,692 units of securities were traded on Sunday with a turnover of 2.48 billion. 191 scripts gained today while 30 scripts saw a decline in price.

Salt Trading, Himalayan Power, Upper Tamakoshi, Sanjen, Nesdo and CYCL were among the scripts that gained the most with positive circuits. Ngadi Power lost the most among the equities with 3.23% loss than previous day price. The highest turnover among the scripts also belonged to Ngadi Power.

After hitting a low of 1807 last week, NEPSE index is in a roll with already gaining 280 points. Total market capitalization also rose to 2.9 trillion.
